LifeVault AI is a personal document organisation app that helps users upload bills, receipts, warranties, notices and other important documents. The app uses AI to extract key information such as titles, dates, amounts, categories and suggested actions.

We may collect account information such as your email address, plan type and scan usage. We also store documents you upload, extracted document details, vault records, dates, amounts, categories, notes and subscription status.
3. Uploaded documents
Uploaded documents may contain personal, household, financial or business information. These files are stored in private storage and are intended to be accessible only by the account holder.
4. How we use information
We use your information to provide the LifeVault AI service, process document scans, organise vault items, calculate savings plans, display calendar reminders, manage your account and process subscription status.
5. AI processing
When you analyse a document, the document may be sent to an AI service provider for processing. The AI output may not always be accurate, so you should check important dates, amounts and actions before relying on them.
6. Payments
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. LifeVault AI does not store your full card details. Stripe may process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and uploaded documents, including authentication, private storage and restricted access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Deleting your information
You can delete vault items from within the app. If you would like your account or stored data deleted, contact us using the email below.
