Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of LifeVault AI, a personal document organisation app for bills, receipts, warranties, notices and other documents. By using LifeVault AI, you agree to these terms.

2. Not financial, legal or tax advice

LifeVault AI helps organise information. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting or professional advice. You are responsible for checking important information and seeking professional advice where required.

3. AI accuracy

AI-generated results may be incomplete, incorrect or misclassified. You should review extracted amounts, due dates, categories and recommendations before relying on them.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must not upload unlawful, harmful or unauthorised content.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions unless cancelled. Prices and plan limits are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available in your profile.

Automatic renewal terms and cancellation steps should be clearly disclosed to users. The ACCC has highlighted that renewal and cancellation terms need to be clear and easy to understand.

6. Refunds

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Data and documents

You retain responsibility for the documents you upload. You should keep your own backups of important records. LifeVault AI is not a replacement for official record keeping or professional document management advice.

8. Service availability

LifeVault AI may be updated, interrupted, modified or unavailable from time to time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
